We have three levels to our coaching which is why we call it 3 Levels to Lean. This method was created from the experiences learned while working with 1000's of women in their 40's and 50's. It is so successful that after a period of time we decided to do research to find out if what we are doing was known to others, or being used by others to help women of the same age group around the world. We were stunned to find out when reviewing many studies in relation to fat loss, while transitioning through menopause, the medical literature exactly matched our 3 levels. It was fantastic to see that our system is backed by many different studies which cover the three different dietary techniques that we use. We are different
We take pride in the fact that we are very different from slimming groups, gyms, fitness classes and bootcamps. After all, you've tried them and they are no longer working or getting short term results at best. We are NOT doing fitness instructing, although training plays an important role in our coaching. We will go through the foods that you are eating on a daily basis and explain exactly where you are going wrong. What does our coaching include?
1. Our Guarantee:
We guarantee that you will drop 2 dress sizes in 90 days. We have dozens of clients doing this right now so there is no reason why you can't also achieve this. The level of daily support that we offer ensures these results.
2. Online Workout Sessions:
Three training sessions a week delivered through our specialised website. You follow my exercise videos which have been created specifically for our clients. We will review your workout sessions in detail each week ensuring you get the most out of each training session. The focus is on strength and toning not endless cardio. Most people prefer to start at a basic beginner level. You don't need any equipment but if you have some we can include it. We can work around all injuries. All that's needed are a few 15 - 20 minute training sessions a week. These are specifically designed to boost metabolism and exercise selection is geared towards balancing your hormones. If you are currently exercising with the goal to burn calories and lose fat you have probably noticed that it isn't working. Most people start at beginner level. Fat loss will be achieved with or without exercise.
3. Daily One-to-One Text Messaging Support:
We will review your food and answer your questions each day. We’ll be checking in with you daily, holding you accountable and supporting you as needed. This is one of the most important parts of the coaching progress. This is what differentiates us from a gym or class that you turn up to twice a week where you are left to your own devices for 5 out of 7 days. We used to operate like that and found that people were scrambling to get things back on track on a Monday before they come in to be weighed on the Tuesday. This approach won't achieve a body transformation in the short term.
4. Our Fantastic Rapid Fat Loss Group Challenges:
Clients lose weight quickly using these weekly group challenges. In these challenges women constantly drop 8 inches plus from their med section over the course of 7 days. You will have the choice of continuing with your personalised plan or joining in with the group challenges that we run three times a month. These are used to ensure very quick fat loss results when needed. They are optional and vary between nutrition and exercise (suited to beginner level as they make up 90% of our clients). The support from the other ladies in these challenges is fantastic and our coaches are popping in and out throughout the day answering questions and offering support.
5. Mindset Series:
Clients often comment that this is the most important part of the programme for them. We will help you to move away from negative feelings and self-doubt, brought on by past fat loss attempts and unhealthy behaviours. This provides you with all essential information regarding nutrition. - We work with clients who are in the process of transitioning though menopause and coach them one-to-one and in groups using our proven nutrition and training programmes.
- Daily contact with coaches who are experts in their chosen areas, and have been working with women just like you for many years. Some of our coaches are past clients who have been through our programme and who hold qualifications in personal training and mindset coaching.
- We can see what you eat every day and we can see if you skip a training session. You are kept 100% accountable on a day to day basis.
- You follow us working out using a specialised website (no gym membership required).
- You will be advised to take measurements, measure body weight & take progress photos (that only you and the coaches can see) when beginning the plan.
