"I've just completed the 3 Levels to Lean programme with Daniel and to say I'm happy with the result is an understatement. I'm so pleased with my weight loss and the strength and toning I've achieved in my body also. I'm generally a fit person who worked out a lot but the scales never really moved. With Daniel's expertise, I've been given a whole new education on nutrition and how to feed my body. The plan doesn't feel like you're on a diet, in fact quite the opposite! It's about filling up on all the "good" foods. In the last 18 weeks, I've lost weight and my skin, hair and nails look healthier and I've loads of energy! Daniel is constantly encouraging you and motivating you to get to where you want to be. He's always a phone call, message or email away. "So, I just finished the 10 Day Challenge with Daniel and I am thrilled. I lost 14lbs in ten days! The plan was easy to follow and there was always great support from daniel. He is absolutely fantastic at what he does and through his food plans and workouts, reeducates you in food, nutrition and exercise. "I have tried lots of different diet approaches before but none were as enjoyable and worked as well as this.I did the 3 Levels to Lean Challenge and lost 14lbs in 10 days!! I couldn't believe it. I enjoyed the nutrition information and it didn't feel like I was on a diet at all. Not only did I loose a stone but my energy has improved greatly. "From my first conversation with Daniel I felt motivated to lose weight. I have tried many different weight loss programmes in the past which worked for a little while but then my own habits filtered in and I was back to the same bad ways.
I am great to exercise but I still wasn't losing anything. Daniel went through my diet which I thought was a very health diet as I had change many things in my diet but I was still at a standstill and couldn't figure it out. Daniel went through food choices with me and by following Daniels programme I have lost weight and made changes that are realistic and a new way of life for me.

"So I have just completed the 12 week body transformation programme with Daniel. So when I committed to the plan, I was nervous but mentally ready for the change both in diet and exercise. You have to commit mentally and be ready for the change or you'll only kid yourself. You couldn't ask for a nicer instructor than Daniel. Always felt I could ask him anything and I did! The weights, I have to say, I really enjoyed and will continue on with them. I find running is not for me so the weights are my new fitness love. So the food changes took a few weeks to get uses to but I'm better informed about what I eat than I ever was. So I lost 2 stone and dropped to a size 14! I'm delighted with the results and Daniel thanks for being a wonderful coach! ☺"

"I came across Elate in FB by chance. It was well timed. I was not officially overweight, sitting nicely within the “healthy” range, however I was too heavy for ME, and I was carrying it all on my stomach. I wasn’t happy with how my clothes sat, how I looked, or how I felt. I exercise regularly and ate my fruit and veg. I had what I thought was a healthy diet and life style, but I was going around in circles and was beginning to think it was just age and the “middle aged spread”.
Sound familiar? Well.....in came Daniel!
We re-evaluated my diet...while each item I was eating was healthy, cumulatively I was eating too much fruit and too many carbs...and tbh probably too large portions of everything. So I followed the programme, cut back on the carbs completely, made good substitutions and NEVER felt hungry. Dark chocolate saved me big time in terms of my sweet tooth!!! Six weeks later I am 13lb lighter but more importantly I dropped a jean size, the belly fat has reduced significantly, and I feel better about myself. During that time I had a wedding anniversary, a 50th Birthday (or long weekend!!) and a weekend away and I didn’t feel I compromised any enjoyment. Being accountable and having Daniel in the background constantly kept my focus. I never felt I was on a diet...no counting points...just good meal choices.
To anyone out there thinking of doing this, don’t put it off, don’t wait til after that anniversary, that birthday....today is the day!! I’ll be continuing with the programme myself; it works! It was the best 50th present I gave myself. You CAN be fab at 50!!

"I started five weeks ago with Daniel in elate .
Being honest I was skeptical that I could loose weight quickly ,as over the years I had literally tried every fad diet going.
I could open my own book shop at this stage with self help diet books.
None of these had actually helped me to loose weight and keep it off.
I'm now finished my fifth week under Daniels guidance, I've lost a stone a dress size and have never had more energy.
I'm looking forward to seeing what's coming for the next weeks in terms of results and I love the exercise programme as I can do them at a time that suits me and work around my busy schedule.

"I have just complete the 10 day challenge with Daniel and I am absolutely made up with the results. Not only did I achieve my short term goal of toning up but it also gave me an awareness of foods and what they can do to your body. Although my my aim was to tone up, I really wasn't focusing on the weight loss I lost 7lbs in total which was fantastic! I won't lie I did struggle a couple of days with some bad side effects but I came to learn that this was the withdrawal from sugar that was causing these symptoms and only have myself to blame for my constant dependence on sugar. It's only 6 weeks until my holiday and I am really looking forward to working with Daniel to maintain this brilliant feeling and work even harder for that bikini body. At 62 years old with some recent health issues I felt I had to start somewhere. Lisa and Daniel were brilliant with a diverse range of ages and fitness levels in the group. They help and encouraging each individual progress at a pace that is doable yet personally stretching ourselves while enjoying the camaraderie and support of the group.
