During your call we will discuss your current diet and teach you why even your good days may not be so good. We will help you to understand why you haven’t yet achieved the results you want so that together we can help you to overcome the barriers that have kept these goals out of reach until now. It takes 45 minutes and is packed full of great advice.
You will understand why the techniques that helped you to lose weight 10 or 20 years ago don’t work now. This will be a breakthrough moment for you as you will learn about the role that hormones have played in preventing you from accessing body fat for fuel up to now.
We will go through the foods that you are eating on a daily basis and explain exactly where you are going wrong. People constantly tell us how their diet is healthy, however, they have been misinformed. Most women think that they are eating healthily at least 80% of the time, however you will understand that this may not be the case after we have talked through your food choices in detail during the transformation session.
You will understand how your health is affecting your everyday life and why your results have been hindered in the past. We will then help you to push past those obstacles which ensures you can start on the right path to transforming your body and your life.
We can then help you to set new goals so that you will drop a clothes size every 4 - 6 weeks and you’ll do it in a way that leads to sustainable results.

How it works and FAQ
- We work with clients who are in the process of transitioning through menopause. We coach them one-to-one and in groups using our proven nutrition and training programmes.
- Daily contact with coaches who are experts in their chosen areas, and have been working with women just like you for many years. Some of our coaches are past clients who have been through our programme and who hold qualifications in personal training and mindset coaching.
- We can see what you eat every day and we can see if you skip a training session. You are kept 100% accountable on a day to day basis.
- You follow us working out using a specialised website (no gym membership required).
- You will be advised to take measurements, measure body weight & take progress photos (that only you and the coaches can see) when beginning the plan.
- How many days of training is required? None are required; however, it's recommended that you do 3 short workouts a week, which are designed specifically for you, ensuring you get the results that you want (more training days can be added).
